커뮤니티에 참여하기 위해 무엇을 하시나요?

참여와 동참은 용기를 필요로 한다. 보이지 않는 세계에서 함께하기로 하는 일은 두 눈 꼭 감고 절벽에서 뛰어내리는 일이다. 참여하기 위해 용기를 낸 사람들을 위한 Digital Marketing Guide 를 썼다.  

영화 <인턴>에서 여주인공을 도와 기업가 정신으로 이끌고 가정의 소중함을 일깨우던 로버트 드니로의 역할을 기억하는가?

한 분야에서 오랜시간 묵묵히 자신의 경험과 노하우를 자원으로 쌓은 시니어, 경력보유자, 스몰 브랜드 경영주, 장인 들을 위해 제작했다. 모두가 함께 일하고 싶은 환경을 만들고 새롭게 일하기로 한 사람들에게 대가없이 받았기 때문이다.

도움받은 공동체를 위해 조금이나 공헌할 수 있기를 바라며 20년 간 편집자로 일하며 커뮤니티에서 강연했던 자료를 새롭게 각색했다. 함께하고자 할 때, 내가 무엇을 할 수 있고 어떻게 도울 수 있을지 막막한 사람들에게 힘이 되기를 바란다.

What do you do to participate in the community?

Participation and engagement require courage. Agreeing to join the unseen world is like jumping off a cliff with your eyes closed. I wrote a Digital Marketing Guide for those who have mustered the courage to participate. Do you remember Robert De Niro’s role in the movie The Intern, where he helped the female lead with an entrepreneurial spirit and reminded her of the importance of family?

It was produced for seniors, experienced proessionals, small brand owners, and artisans who have quietly built up their experiences and know-how as resources in their respective fields over a long period of time. This is because everyone wants to create an environment where they can work together, and for those who have decided to work in new ways, they have received it without payment.

Hoping to contribute a little to the community that has helped me, I have newly adapted materials from my lectures in the community over the past 20 years working as an editor. When people want to participate, I hope this will empower those who are unsure of what they can do and how they can help.
